|Industrial Control Division|
The Industrial Control Division is a sector-based division that covers all industrial stationary sources of air emissions that do not come from the electrical generation industry. As with the Power / Integrated Control Division, the Industrial Control Division interacts with all air pollutants from this sector.
The regulatory drivers for the Industrial Control Division are Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional Boiler MACT (Maximum Achievable Control Technology) rule, industry-specific MACT rules, and regulations mentioned above that minimize ozone and PM2.5 formation.
