ICAC members are invited to attend the U.S. Energy Association (USEA) and the U.S. Department of Energy's Office of Fossil Energy (DOE-FE) Workshop on the Future Paths of Emissions Reduction Technologies/Systems in the U.S.

The workshop will be held on June 13, 2019 in Hemisphere Room A of the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center at 1300 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Washington, DC, 20004. The workshop will run from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm, with registration beginning at 8:00am.

Guests will include subject matter experts from industry, academia, national labs, and the federal government, all with experience in emissions and waste stream reduction. To learn more and to access the registration page, click here.
The program will begin with opening remarks from Assistant Secretary for Fossil Energy, Steven Winberg, followed by a short keynote from Angelos Kokkinos, Associate Deputy Assistant Secretary for Clean Coal and Carbon Management. The rest of the day will consist of discussions, including three breakout sessions focused on specific topics within the workshop theme. To facilitate active participation by all attendees, a workshop pre-read will be distributed a week prior to the workshop with background information to seed the discussions.
