The America Crece (Growth in the Americas) initiative is a whole-of-government approach to support economic development by catalyzing private sector investment in energy and infrastructure projects across Latin America and the Caribbean. The initiative centers on building an enabling environment for private sector investment in infrastructure that is transparent, competitive, and in line with international best practices. It focuses on infrastructure across all sectors, including, but not limited to, energy, environmental technologies, ports, roads, and airports.

Event: Industry Roundtable Meeting - February 20, 2020

U.S. companies are invited to participate in a roundtable meeting hosted by the International Trade Administration on energy and infrastructure opportunities in Latin America and the Caribbean. The purpose of the roundtable is to: 1) introduce the Growth in the Americas • America Crece initiative to U.S. industry stakeholders; and 2) solicit feedback from industry on policy priorities and government activities under the umbrella of the initiative.
